Our Team

A small team in Victoria, on Praslin and in Berlin, helping visitors get around the Seychelles since 2014.

Who We Are

We are not a large company, and that is deliberate. Five people cover everything: partner selection, day-to-day coordination between the islands, guest support in three languages and the guides you read on this site. Everyone on the team either lives in the Seychelles or has spent years working with the islands, so the advice we give comes from roads we actually drive.

The People

Jean-Michel Laporte, Founder and CEO

Jean-Michel Laporte

Founder & CEO

Victoria, Mahe

Seychelles tourism since 2004 - transfers, destination management

Born on Mahe into a French-Seychellois family, Jean-Michel spent a decade organising transfers and excursions for visiting guests before starting this service in 2014. His idea was simple: instead of running one fleet, connect travellers with trusted local suppliers across the islands and let them compare conditions honestly.

Sarah Camille, Operations Manager

Sarah Camille

Operations Manager

Victoria, Mahe

Inter-island ferry operations 2011-2016, with us since 2016

Sarah keeps the moving parts moving: availability across partner suppliers, airport handovers, hotel deliveries and the occasional last-minute change of plans. Years of coordinating ferry schedules between Mahe, Praslin and La Digue taught her how island logistics really work.

Antoine Michel, Customer Success Lead

Antoine Michel

Customer Success Lead

Baie Sainte Anne, Praslin

Hospitality on Praslin, with us since 2018

Antoine answers the questions guests actually ask: which side of the road, where to refuel on Praslin, what to do when a booking needs changing. He works in English, French and Creole and lives five minutes from the Baie Sainte Anne jetty, so he knows every arrival scenario first-hand.

Marie-Ange Hoareau, Supplier Relations

Marie-Ange Hoareau

Supplier Relations

Grand Anse, Praslin

Seychelles tourism licensing sector 2009-2019

Before joining us, Marie-Ange spent ten years on the licensing side of Seychelles tourism, so she reads insurance papers the way most people read menus. She personally checks every partner supplier: valid licence, real insurance cover, and vehicles in the condition the photos promise.

Elena Fischer, Content Editor

Elena Fischer

Content Editor

Berlin, Germany

Travel journalism, German-language editor

Elena writes and edits the guides on this site and runs its German version. A travel journalist by background, she has driven the coastal roads of Mahe and the short but winding routes of Praslin herself - which is why our tips mention specific junctions and fuel stations, not generic advice.

How We Work

1

Independent Comparison

We do not own vehicles and we do not favour any supplier. Our job is to show you the real conditions of each offer - deposit, insurance, delivery - so you can choose what fits.

2

Direct Contracts

Your agreement is always concluded directly with the local supplier. The exact terms of your booking are stated in your voucher - no fine print appearing at the last moment.

3

Checked on the Ground

Every partner is verified in person by our island-based team: licence, insurance and vehicle condition. If a supplier stops meeting the bar, they leave the platform.

Work With Us

We are always glad to hear from licensed suppliers on Mahe and Praslin who keep their vehicles in good shape and treat guests fairly. If that sounds like you, introduce yourself - Marie-Ange reviews every application personally.
